How far in advance should we book?

For weddings, 3–6 months is comfortable. For other events (showers, birthdays, milestone parties, balloon-only), 4–8 weeks is our minimum. Quick-turn balloon installs can sometimes ship within 48 hours of approval — ask.

What areas do you serve?

New York City (all five boroughs), Long Island, and New Jersey are our home territory. We travel by request — get in touch with the venue address and we’ll quote it.

What does pricing look like?

Every package is quoted to your event. Starting points by service tile: Full planning from $4,000, Day-of from $1,500, Design & decor from $1,200, Balloon installs from $350, à la carte coordination from $500. We send a written quote within 1–2 business days of your inquiry.

Do you do balloon-only events?

Yes — Balloon Décor is a standalone offering with its own pricing tile. You don’t need to book planning to work with us on a balloon install.

We've planned it ourselves — do we still need a coordinator?

Most DIY couples do. The Day-of package picks up the binder you’ve built, confirms every vendor, runs the rehearsal, and quarterbacks the actual day so you can stay in the moment. It’s the difference between hosting your wedding and being a guest at it.

Are the packages customizable?

Yes — every tile is a starting point, not a fence. We routinely mix services across packages (full planning + balloon, day-of + design, etc.). Tell us what you want, we’ll tailor the rest.

What's the fastest way to reach you?

Sofiya replies fastest by text (646.820.8418). DM on Instagram or Messenger also works. Email is fine for longer inquiries — expect a reply within 1–2 business days.

How does the deposit and contract work?

After the design consult, we send a contract and a retainer invoice. The date is held the moment the retainer clears. Remaining balance is split into milestone payments tied to the timeline of your event.
