What to expect at each step
- Inquire. Submit the contact form or text Sofiya. We reply within 1–2 business days with a custom quote and a 30-minute discovery call slot.
- Design Consult. 30–60 minute call to lock the vision. We send the contract and retainer invoice within 24 hours. Date holds the moment retainer clears.
- Setup. We arrive on-site at the agreed window. Setup is fully managed — you don't lift a finger. For balloon-only events this is the bulk of the work.
- Celebrate. The team stays through the event when coordination is booked, or steps out post-install for decor/balloon-only. Teardown is included.
